Suspending / Unsuspending a Customer

You may Suspend a Customer from your Reseller Control Panel. This will stop their access to their Customer Control Panel.

Note

Suspending a Customer account does not affect the Customer's Orders in any way. They continue to function as is.

To Suspend a Customer

  1. Login to your Reseller Control Panel, search for the Customer and proceed to the Customer Details view. See details

  2. Click the Suspend button.

To Unsuspend a Customer

  1. Login to your Reseller Control Panel, search for the Customer and proceed to the Customer Details view. See details

  2. Click the Unsuspend button.
