Follow the steps below to disable 2-Step Verification for your Customers. The process is similar for Sub-Resellers.
Step 1: Log in to your Control Panel. Learn How.
Step 2: Select the Customer for which you want to disable 2-Step Verification.
- Click on the Customer Name
Step 3: Disable 2-Step Verification.

Click on the Disable 2-Step Verification button.

Click on Yes to confirm.
Note
Your Customer / Sub-Reseller will be sent an email notifying them that 2-Step Verification was disabled for their account.
